Story: I originally began this project back in March, to make for a friend’s wedding in May. I flew through it the first two weeks, but eventually, I dreaded working on it because it reminded me of the wedding (it was my first friend marriage experience!), so I avoided it for a while. Now that the wedding has come and gone, I am brave enough to pick it up again so as not to waste the very beautiful parttern and pretty yarn!
This is my first experience of using circular needles, Yarn Overs, stitch makers, pattern sequences, and lacy techniques. (whew!) I love it, even if it is slightly complicated. Eventually, I managed to almost memorize the sequences!
