Welcome to my Knitting Universe!
A note about my cryptic naming scheme:
Each of my projects is named after a part of the universe! Andromeda is the nearest neighbor galaxy to the Milky Way. Far away (in the Maffei 1 galactic group), is another galaxy called Dwingeloo. For most of my time as a knitter, I only worked one project at a time. Once I began my first major project (a blue afghan), I realized that interest in a longer item begins to wane. I then learned that the best way to keep up with your knitting is to always have two projects on hand: one short and fun, and one long and challenging. Thus, the classification system: Andromeda for quick projects and Dwingeloo for longer ones.
